1,We will supply you with a Buyer's Kit explaining in detail all the expenses you can expect in buying your new home. This kit will also be helpful with respect to lawyers, schools and many other resources you may require.

We will work with you to help you get pre-approved for a mortgage if need be. Sellers and their agents know that a pre-approved buyer is serious and prepared to close on a property quickly.

3. Listings

Provide immediate access to any new listings that meet your search criteria.

4. Preview Listings

We will preview new listings, internet listings, open houses, and For Sale By Owner that suit your home requirements.

5. Market Evaluation We will conduct a comprehensive market evaluation of any properties you choose to purchase.

6. Communication

Offer step by step communication and explanation of all processes leading to the transaction closing.

7. Consultation

Provide consultation, guidance and recommendations pertaining to offers and negotiations.

8. Negotiate

Negotiate the right price and conditions for you.

9. Staging

Upon the successful completion of your transaction, if desired, Judy, as a Certified Staging Professional, will provide a complimentary consultation for your new home.

Seller's Kit

1.We will supply you with a Seller's kit explaining in detail the listing and selling process. This kit will also be helpful with respect to lawyers, service providers and many other resources you may require that may facilitate the successful sale of your home.

2. Accurate Evaluation

The correct selling price of a home is the highest price that the market will bear. To assist you in determining the correct asking price we will provide you with a comprehensive market analysis of comparable properties sold and offered for sale in your neighbourhood. See graph below.

3. Professional Advice

We will advise you of any necessary repairs or helpful suggestions as to how you may best prepare your home for showings and eventual sale. You will be kept up to date on the state of the market, the sale of similar properties and any other factors which may affect the progress of your sale.

4. Staging

If desired Judy, as a Certified Staging Professional, will provide a complimentary consultation to assist you in showcasing your home.

5. Promote Your Home to Other Realtors

The major selling points of your home will be communicated to other real estate firms and agents.

6. Identify Buyers

We will use all of our resources and real estate connections in an effort to qualify Buyers for your property.

7. Open Houses

If desired, open houses will be arranged for your home.
